- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years minimum required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Structural echo experience required — TAVRs, Mitral Clips, MVRs, TVRs, ASD closures, LVAD, Impella, ECMO; TEE, stress echo, TTE with Lumason contrast, 3D and Strain; inpatient, ICU, and outpatient settings 3. Certifications: BLS required; RDCS or CCI RCS required; ARRT - Sonography or GA license required; use EXTRA ECHO CHECKLIST to verify structural experience 4. License: GA RN or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Friday-Monday schedule; 1 week of call twice during 13-week contract; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed 8. RTO: Max 7 days per contract; ALL RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests post-offer or onsite; if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered; traveler is expected to work all major holidays falling within assignment (up to 2 of 3) 9.
