Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years overall SPT experience minimum; Trauma Level I and Level II experience required; minimum 2+ years travel experience required 2. Cases: DECON, ASSEMBLY, WRAP AND CONTAINER PANS required; orthopedic and spine background requested; general, vascular, neuro, eyes, urology experience needed 3. Certifications: BLS required; CBSPD or IAHCSMM required; CRCST preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (HARDSTOP) 7. Shifts/Call: Eves 5x8 1500-2330; on-call weekends as needed; block scheduling; productivity expectations 24 trays per shift 8. RTO: Minimal; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; candidates float within hospital; first-timers not accepted 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; Allied 2-3 hours; additional 6 hours if WA suicide prevention training required for MSL work 13. Travel Experience: Yes, minimum 2+ years required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs; light blue provided on unit; OR provides scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
