Cases: Cardiac diagnosis including cardio thoracic surgical patients (travelers do not take fresh open heart patients); 8 beds designated as cardiac progressive (stepdown) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; CCRN preferred 4. License: Georgia Nursing License required; must match Driver's License and Social Security Card exactly 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; no training available; travelers tested during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00); 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule; float to ICU, CPU, PCU, rarely to MS/Tele 8. RTO: Must be presented upfront or will not be approved; none pre-approved 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must live outside 50 miles; no local travelers 11.
