- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years required for submission; must be seasoned travelers 2. Cases: Trauma Level I experience required; Community Hospital experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, CFER required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call and weekends required; 2 weekends every 6 week schedule; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate; floating between sister facilities required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
