- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years MS/Tele required 2. Cases: General MS, Diabetes Renal Insufficiency, Overnight Ortho, Vascular Insufficiency, Wound Patients, Backup for Stroke Unit 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIH preferred 4. License: Valid LA License or Compact License due at submission; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12s and 4x12s every other week, or straight 4x12s; weekend requirement yes; call requirement no; float yes 8. RTO: Less than 5 days or add time to end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at submission with personal statement 12. Modules: 5-8 hours for RNs; non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded by facility education department 13.
