- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission (note: text box states minimum 1 year; use 2 years as primary requirement per job details) 2. Cases: Daily average surgical case volume of 5-12; special procedures include inspect, clean, decontaminate, and sterilize reusable medical/surgical equipment and instrumentation; flexible endoscope reprocessing required (TEE Probes, FEES Scopes, Flexible Ureteroscopes, Flexible Cystoscopes) 3. Certifications: BLS required; IAHCSMM/HSPA required; CBSPD required; must be in hand at time of submission. LA fire card within the last 30 days required (not reimbursed by Aya or facility) 4. License: CA license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic listed as charting system; Meditech noted in highlights 7. Shifts/Call: Saturday through Wednesday schedule (off Thursday and Friday); rotating on-call required for weekends and holidays; weekends covered by call only, rotated among all team members 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; maximum 7 days (anything over 7 days requires client approval); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9.
