- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (VMS notes also list 1 year in the structured fields) 2. Cases: Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology 3. Certifications: CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA required 4. License: State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal; License Hit not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; any charting system accepted 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm with rotating weeknight call (Mon-Fri 4:30pm-6:00am) and weekend call (Saturday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00am) 8. RTO: All RTO must be listed at time of submittal; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler 10.
