- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission; first-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience 2. Cases: Average surgical case volume of 65; average daily tray volume of 1,200; specializes in Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, and Pediatrics; also covers URO, General, and GYN; Trauma and Implants preferred; Loaner Trays and Loaner Consignment Trays preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA required 4. License: WA license not specified for this role type, but background/Nursys hits must be disclosed at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must receive written client approval 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; SPT travelers have zero documentation in Epic — a training learning module is completed; all documentation is in SPM instrumentation management system 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days, 0600-1430; no call required; rotating weekends required; may float to Pacific Campus; guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period; can be called off 1 shift per 2-week period; 3-day orientation on day shift (Day 1: 0800-1630, Days 2-3: 0600-1430, Day 4: transitions to contracted shift) 8.
