Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted; must have sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap SPT experience; Level 1 Trauma experience required 2. Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA required; BLS not required 4. License: South Carolina license required; MUSC will consider candidates with pending license if proof of application or SC walk-through process is confirmed; traveler will not be cleared until SC license is active 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 15:00-23:30; holiday rotation; rotating weekends required; may be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, ART, or West Campus; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; traveler will be assigned to Inclement Weather Team A or B 8. RTO: ALL RTO must be submitted at time of submission; no RTO approved after contract is signed; approval based on department needs; if holidays not requested in RTO and facility is open, traveler is expected to work; auto-offer eligible if 7 days or fewer of non-holiday RTO; 7+ days or holiday RTO requires facility approval 9.
