Cases: Acute Hospital OR; specialties include Ear/Nose/Throat, General, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending License Accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Schedule is Friday-Monday, 9:00-19:30; on-call required; weekend coverage required; census 33 days, 7 nights/weekends; scheduling type is block 8. RTO: 7-day RTO restriction; only one pre-approved time off; must be available to work major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
