Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active compact license honored at all Swedish facilities; non-Swedish Providence facility permanent staff eligible for travel contract after 3-month separation 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience is a HARDSTOP requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating required to like units; patient ratio 4:1 days, nights, and weekends (can be 5:1 at midnight); staffing model 4:1 tele, 3:1 high acuity and special procedures; scheduling is self-scheduling 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
