- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience required; bedside swallow evaluations and treatments required; video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience preferred 2. Cases: Dysphagia, communication disorders and cognitive impairments caused by traumatic brain injury, stroke, trauma, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, COVID, general surgical procedures, neoplasms, cardiac conditions, tracheotomies/speaking valves 3. Certifications: BLS and CCC-SLP required; MN State License required; pending license not accepted 4. License: MN State License required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5 8-hour shifts; 8:00-16:30; every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) required; on-call TBD on unit requirements; block schedule accommodation TBD 8.
