- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year full-time Charge RN experience required, no exceptions 2. Cases: PCU level of care; orthopedic and total joint replacement nursing care strongly preferred; mixed unit including Med Surg, Med Surg Tele, Med Surg Ortho/Surgical, Med Surg Oncology, and PCU 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no block scheduling; float required within scope; mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week); 3 call-outs results in termination; shift change refusal with 48-hour notice may forfeit guaranteed hours; shift change refusal with 1-week notice may result in termination 8. RTO: If 1-2 holidays fall within assignment, traveler must work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday; if 3 holidays fall within assignment, traveler must work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays 9.
