Experience: 2 years of experience in specialty required for submission; 1 year acute care experience required; pediatric outpatient experience required; inpatient swallowing experience required; modified barium swallow experience required 2. Cases: Stroke evaluations (call coverage); inpatient swallowing; pediatric outpatient; facility will provide additional training for pediatrics 3. Certifications: Copy of certifications required at time of submission; active compact or state license in hand required at time of submission — no exceptions 4. License: Licensed Speech Therapist in Kentucky required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8-5; possibility of call during periods without speech coverage (~2 weeks) for stroke evaluations only; schedule is 84 hours per two-week period (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled 8. RTO: Up to 7 days of RTO considered; must be presented upfront with no changes accepted; must work either a major or minor holiday every holiday; RTO edits not accepted once offer is made 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, travelers must take a minimum 6-month break from the system before being eligible to return 10.
