- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; specifically 2 years of either Level 3 or 4 NICU experience required; PICU may be considered depending on length of experience and number of beds at previous hospitals 2. Cases: PICU or NICU experience required; Intensive Care experience required; patient population includes Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, and Adolescents; Trauma, Level 1 Trauma, ER, and Teaching/Community Hospital experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT, NBRC-RRT, and WA RCP required; NRP noted; all must be in hand for ASAP start 4. License: WA RCP license required; must be in hand for ASAP start; candidates without active WA licenses will be set 6-8 weeks out; application for WA license must be submitted ASAP for later start dates 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On call not required but available for pick-up; weekends required; floating to all inpatient and acute care areas required; orientation on Mondays; all start dates accepted; contract length 13 weeks 8.
