Cases: NICU and/or PICU experience required (HARD STOP); ED, Level 1 trauma facility, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics experience also required 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT, NRP (asterisked), PALS (asterisked) required; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; fit testing required — facial hair must allow for proper seal or clinician must shave, no exceptions 4. License: MO license — can submit without license, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license must be in hand at time of submittal; compact license must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic — charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; on-call not required; confirm shift type in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12); guaranteed 36 hours; all travelers will float within service line; contract length is firm 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; requests exceeding 7 days require manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment; orientation is 36 hours; two pre-approved time off requests noted 9. Returning Staff: 18-month tenure with a 3-month break in service required; permanent employees across BJC and/or Saint Lukes must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler; mid-contract cancellations to accept another BJC assignment are not permitted; if contract is canceled at contractor's discretion, must complete an assignment elsewhere before being considered for a new BJC opportunity 10.
