- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care; Trauma Level II required, Trauma Level I preferred 3. Certifications: BCLS, RRT required (HARDSTOP); ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact), IL (license in hand required at submission), Compact (must match permanent residence) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend required every third; guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted within 75-mile radius (except PCTs, CNAs, MAs) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
