Experience: Minimum 2 years required per compliance notes (VMS job requirements list 4 years; initial notes state 1.5 years minimum); strong experience in PICU, NICU, and Peds Floors required 2. Cases: PICU (medical, pre- and post-op cardiac, ECMO, INO delivery), NICU (micro preemies, pre-op cardiac, 3100A, INO delivery), Peds floor, adult acute care floors; Cystic Fibrosis patient familiarity expected; floating to adult acute care is an expectation 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT required; copies required at submission; must be Traditional AHA — RQI not accepted; NPS credential preferred 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission; no license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit; Relias exams required with a score of 85% or more 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12; no call; scheduling type listed as Other; floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby per unit 8. RTO: Must be provided upfront; no more than 2 weeks; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months before returning 10.
