Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum as staff therapist required 2. Cases: Pediatric and adult experience preferred; Trauma Level I and Level II experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA ONLY); NBRC RRT required; CRT accepted; WI RCP license required 4. License: WI RCP required; pending license at time of submittal is accepted 5. Education: Graduate of a CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours/week; Evening/Night shifts; 8 and 12 hour shifts; shift times 1900-0730, 2300-0730, 1500-2330; every other weekend rotation; 1 on-call shift per 6-week scheduling period; 1 winter holiday of 2 block shifts required; block scheduling not guaranteed; schedule based on highest needs; travelers may trade shifts within pay period without violating 64-hour rolling 7-day policy 8.
