- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing experience required; Alzheimer's & Dementia patient population experience relevant 2. Cases: LTC/Skilled Nursing; Alzheimer's and Dementia patient population 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NY State License required; NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED; proof of license must be provided at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: PCC (Point Click Care) — not required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days, 5 days per week, 40hrs per week; every other weekend required upon center request; CANNOT change shift once offered; any call outs must be given with more than 24hrs notice 8. RTO: RTO ONLY approved at time of submission; will not approve after offer; cannot take every holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted 11. Background: No license hits allowed 12. Modules: Relias modules sent via email within 48 hours of accepted offer; must be started as soon as possible and fully completed no later than 3 days prior to start date; check spam/junk folder if not received 13.
