Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum as staff therapist required; inpatient travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to 2. Cases: Pediatric and adult experience preferred 3. Certifications: NBRC - RRT or CRT required (CRT will have rate differential); BLS required - AHA ONLY; COARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 4. License: WI RCP required - pending license at time of submittal is accepted 5. Education: COARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: FTE 0.9, Day/Evening, 8/12 hr shifts, 0700-1900, 0700-1530, 1500-2330, with every other weekend, holidays, 1 on call shift every 6-week schedule period 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Please remove all references 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Pass/Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria including telemetry exam prior to start with specific criteria for adult and pediatric exams 13.
