Cases: CVCT ICU specializing in cardiothoracic surgery, heart and lung transplant, cardiac medical patients; CABG, Valve Repair/Replace, Aneurysm repair, aortic dissection repair, LVAD, Heart transplant, lung transplant, thoracic surgery, STEMI, NSTEMI, Cardiogenic shock, Heart failure, arrhythmia management 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: WI or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening 12 hr shifts, 0700-1930, every other weekend, some holidays, no call; floating required as needed 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
