- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-timers not accepted; travel experience required 2. Cases: Emergency Department, Special Care Nursery, 12-bed ICU, Medical Floors; patient diagnoses include COPD, Respiratory Failure, CHF, s/p open heart surgery, asthma 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS required; CRT or RRT accepted; must be in hand at submission 4. License: State RRT license required; pending license at manager's discretion 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every 3rd weekend required; no on-call required; block schedule at manager's discretion; travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation 8. RTO: Request RTO upfront if possible; only one pre-approved time off; holiday and weekend rotation participation may be required 9. Returning Staff: Travelers cannot work past 1 year; a 6-month break is required before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 70-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Allied modules approximately 1 hour; non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded on transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Ceil Blue 15.
