Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required 2. Cases: Adult patients primarily; NICU on occasion (bCPAP, HFNC, mechanical vents for neonates >30 weeks gestational age); full scope of RT including invasive/non-invasive ventilation, ABG collection and analysis, CPR, inhaled medication administration, complex oxygen therapy, airway clearance and inflation techniques, bedside spirometry 3. Certifications: ACLS, CRTT/CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending State License accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian); preferred experience 7. Shifts/Call: 6:45p-7:15a; no on-call required; floating between Mercy Coon Rapids and Mercy Unity campuses required; no floating within scope to other unit types; every other weekend maximum, potentially every third 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; up to 2 pre-approved time off shifts noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; 100-mile radius required 11.
