- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: OR and Fluoro experience required; Abdomen, Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Head/Chest, Spine/Pelvis procedures; Trauma Cases; Adult Acute Care and Outpatient, Bedside/Portable, ER, ICU, Peds, PICU, OR 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT(R) required 4. License: Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand accepted; Virginia will grant emergency authorization while permanent VA license is processing 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Friday-Sunday, 7p-7a; on-call rotation with staff; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; radius rule criteria applies per submittal instructions 11.
