Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years ICU experience required; prefer 1.5 years MICU. If less than 2 years, Level I experience is required. Must have experience in a 20+ bed ICU. 2. Cases: Pressor support, ETT, Trachs, feeding tubes, chest tubes, wound care, sterile technique (line insertion, paracentesis, bedside trach placement, chest tubes, bronchoscopy, phlebotomy). Preferred: CRRT exp, Swan-Ganz, inhaled and IV Flolan, CVVHD, Proning, MTP Level 1 Rapid Transfuser. 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; BSN and CCRN noted. Must be AHA or American Red Cross not explicitly stated. 4. License: Pending license accepted. 5. Education: BSN noted (asterisked). 6. EMR: Epic required. 7. Shifts/Call: Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required; no on-call required; no block schedule; float possible to MS areas within ICU service line. Must pass Relias EKG exam prior to start. 8. RTO: No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract. 9. Returning Staff: Not specified. 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. 11. Background: Not specified. 12. Pre-Start Modules: Must pass Relias EKG exam; Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required. 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted. 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue; wear scrubs to orientation. 15. Flu Vaccine: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. 16. Special Equipment: MTP Level 1 Rapid Infuser; must be competent in caring for patients on CRRT via NxStage. Critical: Must have experience in a 20+ bed ICU. Must pass Relias EKG exam before starting. Guaranteed hours provided. Start date 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier.
