Cases: Routine radiology exams, routine fluoroscopy exams performed both in imaging department and surgery, portable x-ray and c-arm use 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; on-call 2-4 days per month; weekends required SAT/SUN 1500-2330; 40 hours/week THUR/FRI 1100-2330 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between perm and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
