- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: C-Arm and Trauma experience required; Trauma Level I and II preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, and LSRT required (temp LSRT accepted, can be issued in 3-5 days after fee and proof of ARRT received); must be AHA certified 4. License: Not specified beyond LSRT state licensure implied by requirement 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7.
