Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 1 year Rehab experience is a hard stop 2. Cases: Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological disorders, Orthopedic Conditions, Pulmonary Conditions, Amputations of the lower extremity, Multi-trauma; patients participate in 3 hours of therapy daily (PT, OT, SLP) 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies required at submission; must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Valid CA RN License required and must be in hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; call required depending on patient census; float possible to MS and Ortho, as well as sister/affiliate facilities nearby; refusal to float may result in termination 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at time of submission; traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year); one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 location within the region 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
