- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy; GE equipment experience listed 3. Certifications: ARRT(M), ARRT(R), BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS cert pending accepted (must get during compliance); all must be in hand 4. License: State license required (ETA 6 weeks); Wisconsin/compact license pending accepted (must get during compliance); SSN and DOB required upon submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required per job details; preferred per additional notes 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s preferred; willing to accommodate 4x10s; no call, no holidays; weekends: 2 shifts per month 8. RTO: Required upon submission; one pre-approved RTO noted 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as traveler 10.
