Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required per additional notes; 2 years listed in job qualifications 2. Cases: Screening Mammograms, Diagnostic Mammograms, 3D Mammography, Fine Needle Aspirations, Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsy (preferred); must have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings; screening-only site 3. Certifications: ARRT R required; must be registered in mammography; BLS required; documentation required includes ARRT Verification of Certification & Registration, mammogram training certificate, list of 25 mammograms completed under supervision, report of mammograms performed since Oct 2023, any breast imaging CE certificates earned since Oct 2022, 8 initial CE hours in Digital Mammography, 8 initial CE hours in 3D DBT, ARRT Procedure Log if certification was after July 2017 4. License: OH license required; any active state RN license or compact license accepted; candidates with past license disciplinary action will not be accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10, 10:30am-9pm; no weekends; no call 8. RTO: RTO must be submitted with initial application; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion for approval; maximum 14 days per contract; no schedule requests negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN staff or prior agency staff not extended due to tenure must wait 6 months before applying; must disclose prior employment including facility, unit, and dates; facility rehire approval required before proceeding 10. Travel/Local: Radiology local radius is 30 miles; local travelers not accepted; nursing local radius is 50 miles; local travelers not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
