- Required certification: Rad Tech - Mammography
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes: Certifications: BLS, ARRT-M, any additional certification requirements? No How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 3 Mammo rooms Will they have to float/cover any other areas? Main hospital and ambulatory center. Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties? Mammo screening, mammo diagnostic, 3-D Tomosynthesis Experience or 'Must have' skills? Breast imaging Average # of scans/studies per day? 50-75 across the three rooms Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens)? GE Pristina Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift? Lead Tech Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? Yes Do they have to start IV's?
