- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to 2. Cases: Level I and II trauma experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience required 3. Certifications: RRT-R and BLS required; BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY 4. License: State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer required 5. Education: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening, 8/10/12 hr shifts, Sunday-Thursday 0715-1545 (rotating hours on Sundays); Holiday and Standby Call hours may be required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Pass/Fail Testing required with telemetry exam prior to start - Adult exam requires 100% identification of lethal rhythms, no incorrect answers on 3rd degree heart blocks, 80% passing score; Pediatric exam requires 80% passing score; two attempts allowed 13.
