Requirements
- Required certification: Oncology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Kidney, prostate, bladder, and other GU related cancers 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8AM-4:30PM, no call, no weekends 8. RTO: 7 days restriction; RTO required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: 30 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Bladder scanners, uronavs, fluro scans, and other biopsy equipment Critical: Patient ratio 12:1 days. Float only to other outpatient clinics. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. Candidates must complete fingerprints immediately after signing contract.
