- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year if clinician has trauma or high acuity center experience; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase 2 Recovery required; also includes biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, endovascular lab, stent placement 3. Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS required; must screen if clinician does not hold all requirements 4. License: WA license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (documentation system); charting system experience required; Pyxis medication system 7. Shifts/Call: 1900-0700 Fri/Sat/Sun (nights); on-call is voluntary, not required; one CT Tech working nights with CT assistant support; call listed in system as once a week overnight, every 5th or 6th weekend 8.
