Cases: 90% IR (Interventional Radiology); combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP); diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures; Carotid Stenting, Catheter/drain exchange, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Internal/external biliary drainage, Left/Right heart catheterization, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Thoracentesis, Ureteral Stent Placement, Kyphoplasties, Biopsies; Vice Implants: PPM, ICD 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS (BCLS) required; ARRT (R) or RCIS required; CCI RCES and CCI RCIS preferred; ARRT Advanced Cert preferred — IR experience is a MUST (90% IR) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC preferred (listed under preferred special equipment) 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 07:30-16:00; 40 hours can be offered; call requirement is minimum 7 call days per month (two call days per week for two weeks each month, one call weekend per month); on-call coverage on a weekly basis, Monday to Monday, every third week; callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs; IR callback time determined by procedure type; call team consists of three staff members, minimum one RN; every third weekend required; float requirement: none; techs start directly on the unit on Mondays until Dimensions Training is completed 8. RTO: NO holiday RTO for this role; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in Cancel and DNR; pre-approved time off: two 9.
