- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Level II trauma required; Level I trauma preferred; stroke experience required; neuro thrombectomy program experience relevant; must be able to work weekends independently 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; ARRT(R) and ARRT(VI) required 4. License: Registered Interventional Radiology Tech required; candidates must be checked against UCHealth DNU list via HR 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 08:00-5:30PM Monday-Friday; one call night per week; every 4th or 5th weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7a-7p with on-call); must be able to work weekends independently; no blocked scheduling requests 8. RTO: Maximum 10 RTO days per 13-week contract; RTO not allowed during: June 28-July 9, 2026; September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026; November 22-December 2, 2026; December 20-January 3, 2027 9. Returning Staff: Any resource who completed a full year on assignment must not be rebooked for at least one year; candidates who applied to UCHealth internal Travel or Perm staff within the last two years will be placed on DNU list 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; locals within 75 miles accepted at local rate of $105 11. Background: UCHealth DNU list check required; must disclose any previous UCHealth employment (including UCHealth Medical Group, Medical Center of the Rockies, Memorial Hospital, Poudre Valley Hospital, University of Colorado Hospital) and provide name used during that employment 12. Modules: Non-billable; factored into 20 hours NBO; average 4 hours; must be completed within first week of assignment; instructions provided during NEO; travelers must monitor UCHealth email 13.
