- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in interventional radiology 2. Cases: Interventional procedures only - No Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: Must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8:30AM - 7:00PM, Monday-Friday with rotating day off; one primary weekday and one backup weekday/month call plus one weekend every 6 weeks 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; two pre-approved time off days 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16.
