Cases: Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures required; Stroke Intervention, Intracranial Embolization, Kyphoplasty, Carotid and Vertebral Stent, Nephrostomy, Biliary Placement, Chemo Embolization, Therasphere Mapping and Infusion, Mesenteric Angiogram, UAE, GAE, PAE, Chest Port, Perm Cath Placement; Previous Stroke Certified Hospital Experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT and BLS required; ARRT CI and ARRT VI preferred; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; PACS required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Friday; 40 hours can be offered; call required one day per week on a rotation (Tuesday, Thursday, Monday, Wednesday, Weekend); 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks; float not required 8. RTO: 7 days RTO max; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit could result in a cancel and DNR; one pre-approved RTO allowed 9.
