- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years minimum specialty experience in postpartum, antepartum, or LDRP unit required 2. Cases: High-risk obstetric, high-risk antepartum, couplet care (high and low risk), gynecological overflow, well newborn and at-risk newborn care (35 weeks and greater); strong Magnesium experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required, NRP required, AWHONN Intermediate required, AWHONN Advanced preferred; all must be current. Preferred: Maternal Newborn Certification, Inpatient Obstetric Certification, IBCLC 4. License: Oregon RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Patient ratios: 1:3 stable normal couplets; 1:2 couplets with complications.
