- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 2 years strongly preferred. First-time travelers accepted. 2. Cases: OR and fluoro experience required. Cases include ORIFs, hip replacements, PLIFs/ALIFs/TLIFs/ACDFs, cystograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms, swallowing studies, esophagrams, UGIs, barium enemas, bronchoscopies, ERCPs, and trauma cases. Serves adult/pediatric ER, 21 OR rooms, 3 endoscopy rooms, 2 fluoro rooms, 50-bed NICU, and day surgery center. 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT (R) required; must be in hand at submission. 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission. 5. Education: Education verification through a third-party is required. Facility will not accept education from schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. 6. EMR: Epic experience required. Intelerad experience preferred. PACS experience required. 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Nights, 8:30p-7a, Monday-Thursday. Call required if needed. 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted. One pre-approved time off noted. No RTO that prevents compliance completion will be accepted. 9. Returning Staff: Not specified. 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted. Submission must include current driver's license to confirm address for local rule. All travelers subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed. 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check. 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit. 13. Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted. 14. Scrubs: Not specified. 15. Flu Vaccine: Required; medical/religious exemptions only. 16. Special Equipment: PACS, Portables, C-Arm, and Contrast experience required. Preferred equipment includes Samsung, GE OEC C-arm, Carestream, and Intelerad document system. Also uses Siemens and Philips x-ray equipment and O-arm. Critical: Full compliance file due by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date. COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). All RNs required to pass an EKG exam during compliance with 2 attempts allowed; study materials not provided. Submission must include current driver's license to confirm address.
