- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience required; Operating Room experience required 2. Cases: Operating Room experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT required; NJ License required (can obtain prior to start); copies of certifications required at submission; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: NJ License required; valid state license required at time of submission — pending licenses are not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 8a-4p; one weekend required per month (Sat/Sun); call requirement is weekend of call coverage every 10th week for OR/Busy Call; must report within 30 minutes; call listed as 3 eight-hour shifts per month 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Facility requires TABB Background Checks; disclose any background hits prior to submission 12. Modules: Unit-based competency, medication, and EKG testing completed by the agency during compliance; 80% is passing; travelers allowed only 1 attempt — assignment will be cancelled if failed; RTLS Badge attestation required if badge is issued ($37.50 charge if lost or not returned) 13.
