- Unit Notes:Manager will interview First to Float between Bryan and College Station campus (16 minutes apart) as needed Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. Special Information: Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination Hours: 1300-0100 The shift is 7 days on, 7 days off so one week they would get 36 hours and the next week 48 Call requirement: 2 day shifts a month starting at 0630 and running through 0700 the following day Are you looking for a candidate to work multi-modality or just X-Ray duties? X-ray only Department: Radiology - General X-Ray General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements ARRT & TDH If the tech holds the TX Rad Tech license, they hold the fluoro. There is no independent license or permit for fluoro. How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 4 rooms, 5 c-arms, 2 fluoro surgical suites Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties XR, Fluoro, Surgery cases Experience or 'Must have' skills must be a motivated individual Average # of scans/studies per day The department does an average of 123 exams per day EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use Meditech - EMR Synapse - PACS Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) GE, Siemens, Dornier - XR / Fluoro GE, Siemens, Philips - C arms Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? 7:30am - 5pm Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) Rarely Weekend Requirement Yes Holiday Requirement Yes if it falls on a scheduled shift Call or Standby requirement? Response time?
