- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission (VMS notes also list 1 year minimum under Job Requirements) 2. Cases: Strong background in CT simulation required; experience in radiation therapy including IMRT, SRS, Total Body Irradiation, and CT Simulation noted 3. Certifications: OBMI, ARRT (T), ARRT R, BLS required; must be traditional AHA; RQI not accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission; no background or license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit; Relias exams required with a score of 85% or higher 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 5x8s and 4x10s; variable shifts between 0600-2030; most likely 10s with occasional 8s; no on-call; floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby per unit 8.
