Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; 5 years preferred 2. Cases: Adult Outpatient; Benign Brain Tumors; External Beam Therapy; IMRT; Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials; Respiratory Gating; Stereotactic Radiosurgery; various cancer types preferred (Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Kidney Cancer, Leukemia, Pancreatic Cancer, Testicular Cancer) 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT T required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: CA State License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Friday, 5x8s; hours range from 07:00am to 20:00pm depending on unit needs; no weekends; no on-call 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Approximately 3 shifts of orientation provided, more as needed; 24 orientation hours listed 13. Travel Experience: First-time traveler accepted 14. Special Equipment: TrueBeam LinAc, Ethos, MRIdian, CT-Siemens OpenGoPro, HDR Elekta Flexitron; CBCT/kV/mV imaging and TrueBeam experience required; Siemens, Varian 21 ex/ix, Varian Trilogy, Vision RT preferred Critical: COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). Team treats 60-70 patients per day across TrueBeam, Ethos, and MRI-LinAc machines. ARIA/Varis-Vision experience required.
