Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience required 2. Cases: External Beam Therapy required; preferred cases include Benign Brain Tumors, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT, Keloids, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Respiratory Gating, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) 3. Certifications: ARRT T required; BLS preferred; must have ARIA and True Beam experience 4. License: NC or Compact license pending is OK for submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ARIA and Varis-Vision/ARIA required; Epic also listed; Vision RT preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 07:00-15:30; 40 hours can be offered; no call, float, or weekend requirement 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved; no holidays approved; must work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week; all RTO must be pre-approved; no additional RTO after signing; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancellation and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees (perm/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying; disclosure required with hospital name and dates employed; facility approval needed 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable pre-start modules; Non-Acute: approximately 4-5 hours; must be completed pre-start and annually; conducted online via Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge 13.
