- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in home health required; OASIS experience required; all units require specialty experience within the last year 2. Cases: Home health patients; adults and geriatrics; diagnoses include orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical conditions 3. Certifications: BLS required; Manual Therapy required; ACLS and PALS if applicable must be through AHA; copies required at submittal 4. License: VA PT license required; must be in hand at submittal or provide proof of compact license 5. Education: Not specified for this role 6. EMR: Epic experience required; proficiency in OASIS required 7. Shifts/Call: Call varies by location, to be discussed at interview; expected to see 6 points per day/30 per week; 5 visits per day; weekends not required but can be used to make up missed time; office closed on major holidays; travelers may work holidays with proper manager communication 8.
