Cases: Therapy services provided across medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, and oncology; role is primary inpatient acute care 3. Certifications: BLS required; State License required; Pending state license accepted; Fit testing required (facial hair must allow proper seal, no exceptions); For Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only: ACLS required 4. License: MO license — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license — must be in hand at time of submittal; Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Friday, 0700-1530 (start time flexible up to 0800); one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required per 4-week period, resulting in a day off during that applicable week; no on-call required; floating within any therapy service line required; no floating to sister facilities 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days of RTO within 13-week contract; 7 or more days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9.
