Cases: Acute hospital setting throughout the floors, ICU, Step down, Oncology, Medical, Surgical, Neuro/Tele, and Ortho units; QD treatments; inpatient rehab experience a plus 3. Certifications: PTA and BLS required; for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only, ACLS required; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; all certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: MO license — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license — must be in hand at time of submittal; Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F days, occasional weekends and holidays if needed; no on-call required; no floating within scope; confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12, etc.); contract length is firm 8. RTO: Max 7 days of RTO; 7 or more days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months tenure with a 3-month break in service required; permanent employees across BJC and/or Saint Lukes must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler; BJC does not permit contractors to cancel a signed contract to accept another BJC assignment; if canceled at contractor's discretion, must complete an assignment elsewhere before being considered for a new BJC opportunity 10.
