Cases: Acute Care; skills include orthopedics, neurology, post-op surgeries (cervical, shoulder, spinal), total hip/knee replacement, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke rehabilitation, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard compliance); copies required at submission 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at time of submission; facility does not accept Nursys hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; no weekends required; open to 10-hour vs. 8-hour shifts; patient ratio 1:1; orientation is 8 hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at submittal; post-submittal RTO may not be granted; inflexibility may lead to termination and system DNR 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any previous work at a Providence facility (location and dates) at submission 10.
